My Bio
I am happiest when I'm getting paint on my pants, clay under my fingernails and bloodshot eyes from staring at monitors for hours on end. I love both traditional mediums and digital tools. There has hardly been a time in my life where I haven't been juggling several creative projects.
And that's the way I like it.

I graduated from the Art Institute of Atlanta (AIA), magna cum laude, and received awards for best portfolio, and highest GPA in my graduating class in the Media Arts and Animation department.
After school I began work at SpaceWorks Enterprises, Inc. I am now the art Director of the Space Media Group, a position that requires that I lead a small team of artists on creative, aerospace-themed projects. In other words, I draw spaceships for a living! I also hold an Artist level membership in the International Association of Astronomical Artists (IAAA).

I'm trying to paint an alien a week for this year.  I'll may not finish any of them, but I'm going to put down my brush by the end of seven days.  I think this will be a good exercise in staying motivated and helping me to make artwork primarily for myself.  It's hard to do this when you work as an artist.  By the time you get home from work you feel artistically drained.  It's very easy to just pick up a video game and zone out until bed time.  Not this year though.  I'm starting with the Star Wars cantina and working my way out into the rest of Star Wars probably.  Then into other genre's hopefully.  We'll see how it goes!

Hello Deviant World!  I'm just now getting involved!  I've had an account since 2009, but for whatever reason, I have not taken the time to start my own page, and upload my own work.  I'm starting that process today!
